LSS/LSG/LSN Standard Type/High Torque/Light Weight Harmonic Gearbox

The LSS series of micro harmonic reducers can be divided into two models depending on the different used harmonic waveform generators: LSS-I (uni-body type wave generator) and LSS-II (cross slider type wave generator). We provide 6 different sizes with 5 kinds of speed reduction ratios according to clients' various applications and requirements. The LSS series of harmonic reducer is a combination series that is easy to operate. Standard servo motors can be attached in a compact manner. Each model contains a cross roller bearing with high rigidity to support external loads.

Compared with the LSS series, LSG harmonic reduction gear has the same dimension as LSS harmonic speed reducers, but we improved the hardness of flex spline, using different heat treatment methods. We also added the contacting area of gear parts to reach 30% higher torque capacity, so the service life of the LSG series of micro harmonic drive can also increase by 43%.


Compared with the LSS series of small harmonic drives, LSN harmonic reducer is with the same structure and performance as LSS harmonic reducers. The only difference and advantage is lighter weight, the weight of LSN is 30% lighter. This is because we change the circular spline's material from steel to aluminium alloy.
