High torque harmonic drive gearbox. Compared with standard products, LHG series' torque capacity is 30% higher. We use the self-developed CMP heat treatment process to change the organizational form, refine organizational grains, strengthen the material properties, improve the tensile strength, yield strength and other indicators to change the mechanical properties of the material, so as to enhance the overall service life and improve the torque capacity of the harmonic gearbox.
LHG-I/II High Precision Harmonic Gearbox
The wave generator adopts an integrated structure, which makes the whole product structure more compact.
Two connection ways:Circular spline is fixed while flexspline as an outputs. Or flexspline is fixed while circular spline as an outputs
Motor can be connected with the gearbox directly. It is easy for installation
LHG-III High Reliability Harmonic Drive Gearbox
There is a large-diameter hollow shaft hole in the middle of the wave generator cam
